Forums.starwars.com is pleased to welcome a number of VIPs to our online community. If you notice a poster with a purple screen name, that indicates that they are part of the creative team that helps put the Star Wars experience together.
They are busy people, so their time on the boards will vary depending on the demands of their projects. They may not be able to answer all your questions (since, after all, there are surprises that should be kept surprises...) but they can speak authoratitively about their fields of expertise.
Also note that, if you encounter someone on the boards claiming to be someone of import, yet they don't have a purple screen name... well they may not be who they say they are.
