I have made lots of updates on Generations of the Sith. In my novel idea I have put in War of the Bounty Hunters and & Jedi along with Naboo vs. Empire into Generations of the Sith.
Also there are changes on A New Dark Empire.

I wrote my fanfic based on what happened to my character in KOTOR on my notebook. Maybe it needs work.

In addition to what I wrote in my notebook, I would also include some backstory of my cousins' and brothers' characters. However, I may need help on this one as I don't like the first fanfic I wrote in my old school.

Here's mine, it's called Rogue Rebellion and I've written the first chaper.
Look on this list and you should find it, it's at the top at the moment.

I am coming out with changes in the post Legacy of the Force novel series chapters. They take place in between Legacy of the Force and Legacy comic book series. I even do allot of guessing as the last of the LOF novel is coming out.

Replying to a year-old post....
Hi Dark Spook, do you still think that LiveJournal would be the best for fanfic?
The fanfic hierarchy, as I see it:
1. TFN's fanfic forum. Most of the best stuff is here. It's kind of a pain the browse, but often worth it. (I have little use for their 'official' archive, but it's a good place to start and the stories picked are generally considered above average.)
Cont. next post.

2. Livejournal. The general fanfic comms are starwars_fanfic, sw_fictorium, and swfanfic. Poke around the userinfo of authors you like (or naboonotes, which has nearly every SW comm friended) to find character and pairing specific communities. swrecs is a good place for recommendations and requests.
Cont. again.

3. Fanfiction.net. This one is probably the best for newbies, but it's not really considered that highly among established fanfic writers/readers. (Though, the best fic I'm following right now does originate here.)
There are of course specific message boards and mailing lists for different subsets of fandom, but these are the biggies.

What about you, Dark Spork? You may have already answered this, but do you have any fanfics? I've been writing for years, yet have never finished anything to be able to post it somewhere. It's mostly for my own peice of mind, I guess, but I love to read other fanfics nontheless.
Or, if you have any recommendations for your personal favorites -- there are too many sites out there with crazy, unrealistic stuff. Too much Obi-Wan/Qui-Gonn, Anakin/Padme, Jag/Jaina. I am looking for stories where there are thorough plot lines and engaging story telling. The majority of the stuff I skimmed through on the sites you gave above were just . . . I don't know. Blah.
I don't mean to insult people, everybody writes at their own level, and I am no Matthew Stover myself. But in order to inspire a good short story, I like reading creative stuff, good, believable characters and realistic plot points.
--Thanks, the Sith'ari

I haven't written any. But I've been reading for 10+ years.
Sad fact is, being a fanfic reader is always about searching for a needle in a haystack. Most of it stinks. You need to dig to find the good stuff. (Or at least, what appeals to you.) And the longer you do it, the more refined your tastes become. There are fics I loved in 1996 that I wouldn't dream of sticking with now.
Currently, the best story I'm reading - which I linked above - is an AU by blank101 where Vader captures Luke, and Leia in ESB. It's not quite perfect, but it's still one of the best fics I've read in years. The first one is Into the Storm.

Spork -- thanks, I started reading that one and found it interesting.
The one's I like are the ones that aren't based off of movies/books - mostly OC's (maybe the occasional EU character) in their own situations and such.
But thanks for your time. If you've been reading for that long, I think you should try it. You might surprise yourself!
