MMM. Well anakin used the dark-side first in the AOTC. By the death of Count Dooku, he was pretty much a dark jedi already but why the Jedi did not know of anakins use of the dark side against Dooku? because Sidious learned how to cloud their judgement.. But because Ani was so far away from palpatine, the jedi senced it. Anakin began thinking inward to help him discover the power of saving people from death after he found out of the myth of darth plaguies. But thats the trap of the dark-side. Greed. But all that time Sidious was clouding the judgement of the jedi because he was right there on coruscant. I think that when sidious performed the rituals to doing this, it would last for a while.
And when Anakin is crowned darth vader he is darth vader. When he gets into the suit he is darth vader. darth vader as soon as he becomes dark lord of the sith; darth vader.

Before Dath is in the suit would be (I rekon this is one of the best quotes in SW, just the way hayden says it);

And where anakin looks up the ramp of the ship with Obi-wan just standing there just before this line, and the look on his face, and then he yells "LIAR" thats cool too.
the other one would be;
"Obi-wan was wise to hide her from me.... now his failure is complete, if you will not turn to the darkside, then perhaps she will..."
He is so friggen evil when he says this, with pure classic DV voice
