A little more than that. Dark Forces : Soldier for the Empire has 25 illustrated pages on 119 pages of story. Dark Forces : Rebel Agent has 21 illustrated pages, on a total of 120 pages of story (128 pages, but the first story page is page 8). Dark Forces : Jedi Knight has 25 illustrated pages on 118 pages of story.

Thanks Passant. I'm at uni, so didn't have them to hand to check.
But as I say, short novels with illustrations - doesn't really fit in either category.

Has Del Rey settled on a date for the Millenium Falcon reprint?
It's on my calendar for December... I don't know the day off-hand.

Sue, recently Amazon.co.uk put up descriptions for a few books: Deathtroopers, Imperial Commando : 501st, as well as the first three Fate of the Jedi novels. Is
the folks in the UK got a bit carried away here... they posted unapproved copy. We had wanted to keep the DEATHTROOPERS Han/Chewie bit secret as they aren't the main characters... we wanted a happy surprise. Ah, no surpises now.
The others? I think they'll be taken down and replaced with approved copy.

I haven't heard this mentioned in a while(I haven't even seen the thread for it on page in the longest time), but what in the world is the status of the live action series? Has the idea fallen off the map or what.
I can't speak to this since it's not my department... but I do know that maps here have guardrails.

Oh good. Of all the Essential Guides, this remains the one I look forward to the most.
Thanks for keeping us up to speed Sue. We really appreciate it.

Hey Sue, does ABYSS come out on the 28th of August or the 25th of August? The reason i ask is because amazon.com says the 25th and the 25th would make more sense as it is a tuesday, which is the day of the week that Star Wars books ususally come out, and the 28th is a friday.

Sue, do you ever get annoyed about us asking so many questions? A lot of people I hang out with do when I go on one of my, ahem, "question rampages".

Sue,
I had a question about that Force vision Luke had in Betrayal where he saw certain things that were all potential futures, such as Mara cut up by a lightsaber and Leia folding in grief repeating, "I will not be afraid of the dark."
Anyways, in this vision Luke sees Han with a brunette woman and he stabs her and says something like, "I loved you in my own way."
Was this woman ever intended to be someone in particular? Like, say, Tahiri Veila with dyed hair/wearing a wig? Or was it more just a nebulous thing that could've happened, but since it didn't the authors never planned for it to be anyone specific?

No, I don't get annoyed about questions. I generally fit answering questions into those oddly quiet moments of the day, or like now, before I've really begun a time-consuming project, so I don't have time to get annoyed. If it's a question that's been asked a hundred times (like "when's the next anthology coming out") I skip over it without it messing up my usual good mood. I rarely get annoyed at work. Gosh, I should probably spend more time here!
