Your link isn't working, but, I did read the text:
The long shadows thrown by the heavy pillars are the perfect place for concealment, the ideal hiding place for a Senator to spy on her secret husband as he arrives to yet another hero's welcome.
Interesting....

So who is Anakin being greeted by?
If Padme has to spy then it must not be a senate delegation, could it be Palpatine greeting him as a hero for something that wasn't quite heroic? Is this where Padme begins to discover that Anakin is heading down the dark path?

Probably the Senators , this is probably going to be a scene right the heroic rescue of Palatine from GG's Ship

Nice pic.
I think this may go with the A Guiding Influence and possibly the Preparation for a Revelation BTH pics.
Guiding Influence: Indebted to the Chosen One, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) continues to praise Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) for his amazing abilitites. They walk through what will eventually become a cavernous corridor within the Galactic Senate building.
Preparation for a Revelation: Senator Padmé Amidala (secretly Skywalker), as she appears in a bitter-sweet greeting of her heroic husband.

Yeah, I like to think this is indeed Anakin being greeted by Palpatine and maybe a couple of his cronies after he has killed Dooku 'less than honorably or Jedi-like' during the Chancellor's rescue... Palpatine's dialogue could be along the lines of "we must look to our enemies in the senate and take them out"... this would indeed give Padme cause for concern, particularly if she sees Anakin heartily agreeing with this...

it does seem very strange that Padme, being a senator, would have to hide in order to see Anakin's heroic greeting. This welcome could also be from some other thing that he did, i don't know what it would be, but it could be something that he didn't tell Padme about and so she is spying on him when he returns to maybe find out what he went to do. Probably not, but just another theory.

Could this not be a heroic welcome after Anakin's successful raid on the Temple? Padme is spying to see what has really happened while many of the Senators and Palpatine himself will welcome Anakin as a hero for destroying the Jedi Order, who are now outlaws in the Republic. Could this be the case?

Very interesting Bret. That's a possibility I hadn't considered. I guess (some) people will be glad to know he raided the temple.
At first, I didn't think this pic was all that good because I didn't read the caption. But the caption is better than the picture!
I always forget to read those damn things, lol

Either way, I think people will be beginning to see why he chokes her...
Padme: "Where were you 'till 4am!" Ani: "Y'know - out. With the guys." Padme: "You were slaughtering Jedi again, weren't you!" Ani: "Have you been following me?" Padme: "Oh - so it's true. Ani, you promised - this has got to stop!"
Little snitch. I say choke her - even if she is Natalie Portman!

That's pretty much what I was thinking above, something along those lines anyway.

Since they say yet another heroic welcome, I think it has to be something other than the his rescue of Palpatine.
Could this not be a heroic welcome after Anakin's successful raid on the Temple?
Great idea. I think so.
Padme is spying to see what has really happened while many of the Senators and Palpatine himself will welcome Anakin as a hero for destroying the Jedi Order, who are now outlaws in the Republic.
I'm not sure why she'd need to spy to find out what really happened. If the Jedi are outlaws and many of the Senators see him as a hero for destroying them, wouldn't he and Palp's just tell the Senate, as a whole, what really happened?
Could this be the case?
Is it possible she's spying because they do not know she's on Corsucant at the time it happens?

Yes.
Or perhaps (bear with me - this is possibly a far out theory) things have reached a stage where the Senate are right behind Palps, whatever he does - right?. Those who back him do not need nor care about the Jedi anymore - heck, they go along with his outlawing of the Jedi order, don't they?. The other thing to remember is that The Republic as a whole knows nothing of the Sith, per se - the Senate did not even exist when the Sith last freely roamed the galaxy. It is ancient and irrelavent history to them Palps can paint it however he wants.
Only the Jedi, and their few empathisers, know that they are the good guys - therefore it follows that only the Jedi know that the Sith are the bad guys. People get quite hung up on who Palps is going to reveal he is a Sith to - why not everyone who supports him?
